He owned a dwelling house named "Wardell" along with lands and Overland Chapel, which he passed down to Stephen Solly (1490-1559). To his son Edmund Solly he gave further land in Elmston. It is possible his other son died before his death and therefore did not inherit anything.

He and his wife both died in 1500.
